Ank'S Collection

Our place is on the first floor over in Gali Number 1, Block Number 6 in Dev Nagar. If you’ve ever been to Karol Bagh, you know how those streets can get. It’s always a bit of a scramble with the rickshaws and people moving about. Ank’S Collection is basically a room full of clothes and boxes. We have stuff stacked up to the ceiling sometimes because the space is tight. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We spend a lot of time unpacking bags and checking through the new arrivals. It gets hot in the summer, and the old ceiling fans do their best but it’s still Delhi heat. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It’s more like a busy warehouse where things are constantly moving. Sometimes we can’t find a specific size right away because something got buried under a new shipment. It’s just how it is in Karol Bagh. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here, and we all share the same narrow alley. It’s a noisy, energetic place to work every day. We just open up in the morning, sort through the stock, and see who comes by. It’s not polished, but it’s our space and we keep it going. It is just what we do to get by in this market.
