Legen Bags

I've been working around Nabi Karim for a while now. Legen Bags is just a small setup here in the Bagriyan Basti area of Paharganj. It’s a busy place with lots of noise and people moving around all day. We mostly spend our time dealing with different types of bags. Some days are just about sorting through materials and making sure things are put together right. I usually get in early and see what needs doing for the day. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where we get the job done. People drop by sometimes because we are quite close to the main parts of Paharganj. I like the area even if it’s crowded. There is always something happening outside the door. Most of our work is pretty straightforward. We just focus on what's in front of us. Some weeks are busier than others depending on what orders come in. I’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know the shortcuts and the local shops. It’s just how things are. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. If you are ever walking near the Basti, you’ll probably see us working. It’s a honest day’s work and we try to keep things simple. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We keep going anyway and try to finish our tasks before it gets dark.
