You can find us right in the middle of the bustle at Shop B-1 and B-2 on Gali No. 24. We are located on Ajmal Khan Road in Karol Bagh, which anyone who knows the area understands is a very active place. There’s always people walking by and cars honking. We’ve been part of this street for quite some time now. Our shop isn't huge, but we pack a lot into those two units. Managing Kumar Jee Collection involves a lot of organizing and re-organizing items on the shelves. It gets dusty sometimes with all the traffic outside, so cleaning is a big part of the morning routine. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the inventory inside and out. It’s a local business through and through. We see a lot of regular faces from the neighborhood. It’s nice when people stop by just to say hello or ask how things are going. We don’t try to be something we’re not. It’s just a shop where we sell what we have and try to be helpful when someone asks a question. Sometimes it gets hectic during the festive seasons, and the shop feels even smaller then. But we like the energy of Karol Bagh. It’s a good place to be if you like being around people. We just keep doing our thing, day after day. The tea guy comes around at four, which is usually the best part of the afternoon.
