Glam Ivy

Glam Ivy is tucked away at B-83 on Shankar Road. We’re in New Rajender Nagar, which is a fairly established part of Delhi. The building is a typical residential-style structure that’s been converted for business use. It feels a bit like a home because of the layout. We have a small entrance area where people can wait if we’re running behind. The rooms are divided up, so it's not just one big open space. This gives a bit of privacy, which our customers seem to like. We spend a lot of time managing the schedule because the phone rings quite a bit. Shankar Road can get very congested during rush hour, so we often hear the traffic outside. We keep a few chairs in the front and some basic equipment in the back rooms. It’s not a high-tech setup, just the essentials that we need to do our jobs well. We take pride in the fact that we’ve stayed in the same spot for quite some time. The regulars know us by name, and we know theirs. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit and talk while we work. We don't use any fancy scents or loud music. It's just a regular shop where we try to do right by the people who walk in. The workday is long, but it’s rewarding in its own way. We just keep things moving and make sure everyone gets what they came for before they head back out to the street.
