Our place is at 449 Ram Nagar, just behind the Swamsamartha Kendra. Vidharbha Agro Genius Producer Company Limited is the name on the door, but most people just know us as the local group that helps with the farming stuff. We have been in this spot for a while now. The building is nothing special, but it stays cool in the summer which is what matters. We spend a lot of time looking at crop yields and trying to figure out how to help the local producers get a better deal. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening. We aren't trying to be fancy or use a bunch of corporate speak. We just say things like they are. If a crop is failing, we look for a reason. If the market is down, we wait it out. Some days are just spent filling out forms for the government, which nobody really likes doing, but it is part of the job. We have a small team and we all do a bit of everything. One day I might be in the office and the next I’m out in the field. It keeps the work interesting. We really just want to keep things going for the farmers in the 443001 area. It’s a practical way to live and work in Vidharbha. We don't have any grand plans, just the work right in front of us.
