Meral Pragatisheel Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Village Charkapathar. We are right here in the Meral area, and our office is basically just a spot at house number 2906. It is not some big glass building you might see in the city. We are all local farmers who decided to come together. Life in Charkapathar revolves around the seasons and the rain. We spend most of our days in the dirt, checking on the crops and making sure everything is growing like it should. We started this group because it’s easier to get things done when there are more of us. One farmer alone has a hard time, but a bunch of us together can share the load. We are pragatisheel, which means we want to move forward, but we do it in our own way. We talk about prices, fertilizers, and how to get the best out of our soil. It is a lot of hard work and many long hours under the sun. Our address is easy to find if you know the post office and the police station area in Meral. People here know each other, so if you ask for the farmer group, someone will point you toward our village. We don't have any big speeches. We just want to farm and take care of our families and make sure the village does okay. It is just plain farming work and keeping things moving for the next season.
