Rudrabhushan Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Malakoli, which is in Loha taluka. We operate out of Bhaskar Bhimrao’s place. It is a small village setup where everyone knows everyone else. We don't have a big professional office or a lot of employees. It’s just us farmers trying to organize ourselves better. In Malakoli, everything is about the land. We started this company to see if we could get better prices for our crops by working together. It’s a lot of meetings under the trees or in the front room of the house. We deal with the crops we grow here in Loha. Sometimes the market is good, sometimes it is very bad. We just try to balance it out. We don't have any promotional flyers or a website with big promises. We just have our names and our reputation in the village. We often have to wait for the right time to sell. It is not a fast-paced business. It is a farming life. We are just a group of neighbors trying to make a living from our fields.
