Vedu Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited is run from Ganesh Dhondiba Bhonde’s place, at number 128 in Mhasla Bk. We are located in the Dhad area of Buldhana. It’s a small operation, mostly made up of farmers who live right around here. We aren't some big corporate entity with a headquarters in a city. Our "headquarters" is usually just where we happen to be standing in the field or sitting in Ganesh’s house. We started this because it was getting harder for individual farmers to manage everything on their own. By coming together, we can share tools, knowledge, and hopefully get better prices for what we grow. We don't have a polished way of talking or any marketing materials. We just say things as they are. The work is hard, the weather is unpredictable, and sometimes we wonder why we do it. But this is our life and our land. We deal with the daily chores, look after the crops, and try to keep the business side of things moving. It’s a lot of learning on the fly. We make mistakes with the accounts sometimes, but we always make sure the actual farming work is done right. We’re just a bunch of people from Mhasla trying to build something that lasts for our community. It’s practical, it’s a bit messy, and it’s real.
