We are based out of Sakharkherda, specifically at house number 1584. This area near Sindkhed Raja has a lot of history with farming, and we are just trying to keep that tradition going for our families. The company started because we needed a better way to manage our crops and get them to the buyers without losing too much money to the middleman. It’s mostly just us local folks sitting around a table trying to solve daily problems that come up. Some days we are worried about the lack of rain, and other days we are worried about the rising price of fertilizer. We don't have a big staff of employees, just a few of us who take turns looking after the account books and talking to the truck drivers. It can get pretty hectic during the harvest season when everyone is bringing in their loads at the exact same time. The 424306 area is where we all live and work, so we care about what happens here in the village. It isn't a fancy operation by any means. Our office is just a regular building where we keep our tools and some of our paperwork. We try to help out the smaller farmers who don't have many resources of their own. It’s about being practical and making sure everyone gets a fair shake at the market. We’ve had our share of mistakes, but we are getting better every single year.
