We are located at Gat No. 39 in Khel Sonji, which is out in the Jalgaon area of Buldhana district. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where the work happens. We focus on processing what comes off the local farms around Maharashtra. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get things done. We deal with the dust and the heat every day, just like the farmers who bring us their crops. It’s noisy when the machines are running, and there’s always something that needs fixing. We didn't start this with a big plan to be famous. We just saw that the crops needed to be processed closer to home to save on costs. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We know the families and we know the land. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy website. If someone needs to talk to us, they usually just show up at the gate. We spend our time checking the quality of the batches and making sure the bags are filled right. It’s a messy, loud, and tiring job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just take it one day at a time and hope for a decent harvest next year.
