Swapnabhumi Farmers Producer Company Limited is based at House Number 3295 in Deulgaon Mahi. We are located at Mrs. Anita Ramdas Gavande’s place. Deulgaon Mahi is a small place, and everyone knows where the Gavande house is. We use a portion of the property to run our operations. It is very informal. You might see some kids playing nearby or someone hanging up laundry while we are talking about crop yields. We focus on what the farmers in our immediate area need. Sometimes that means organizing a truck or just sharing information about which pests are around this year. Our company name sounds a bit big, but we are just local folks. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings. We just sit together, maybe have some water or tea, and figure out the day’s tasks. The road outside can be a bit bumpy, and it gets very quiet at night. We have been working like this for a while now. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know us because we are their neighbors. We try to be fair and just get the work done without making a big fuss about it. It is just our way of doing things here in Deulgaon. We’ve had the same group of people helping out since the start, and that’s plenty for us to handle the workload.
