You can find us at Uttam Chaure’s house, number 180, over in Bhalgaon. Shram Safalya Agro is basically a small group of us from the village and the nearby areas. We handle the farming work and the business side of things right from here at the house. It is not some big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It is just a home where we gather to talk about the crops and the market prices. Bhalgaon is a small place, so almost everyone knows where Uttam lives. We spend a lot of our time worrying about the weather and the soil. Farming is hard work, and that is why we started this company in the first place. We wanted to make sure that the effort we put in actually leads to something stable for our families. Most days, we are either out in the dirt or sitting here looking at some old ledgers. It is a bit messy sometimes, with papers and muddy boots everywhere. We don't have any smooth-talking salespeople around here. It is just us farmers trying to get a fair shake at the market. We deal with the seeds, the fertilizer, and getting the harvest sold. It is a slow process sometimes, but we are sticking with it. If you happen to be passing through Bhalgaon, you’ll likely see some of us around. We are just local folks working the land and trying to stay afloat together.
