Shivarmitra Agritech Producer Company Limited

Shivarmitra Agritech operates out of Buldana, specifically at Gat No. 549 in Sawkhed Tejan. We are located right at Laxman Ganpat Jaybhaye’s place. It started because several of us farmers in the Sindkhed Raja area wanted to do something together. Being a producer company means we deal with a lot of local guys growing different crops. The office is really just a simple room where we keep our records and meet up to talk about the season. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we do things by hand. We aren't experts in technology but we use what helps with the farming. It gets very hot here in the summer months. Everyone knows everyone in this part of the district. We focus on getting better tools and seeds for the members. It isn't always smooth sailing, and there are many arguments about which way to do things. That is just part of being a group of farmers. We don't have a receptionist or fancy furniture. You usually find us out in the fields or sitting around a table with some tea. We are just trying to make the agritech side of things work for the people living nearby. It takes a lot of patience to get things right. We stay busy with the paperwork mostly. We just take it day by day and hope for good rain. There is always something to fix or a problem to solve.
