Satvikansh Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our small office for Satvikansh Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at 17/521/4 in Gandhi Nagar. It is pretty close to the rural MSEB office here in Buldhana. Most of us who run things are actually out in the dirt most of the week. We started this because we realized that selling our crops and buying what we need is much easier if we do it as a group. Life in Buldhana follows the seasons, so we are always busy with something, whether it is planting or getting things ready for the market. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a plain room with some chairs where we sit and figure out the bills. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we manage to get through it eventually. We grow a bit of everything depending on what the land wants to give us that year. It is not always easy and some years are better than others. We don't spend money on big advertisements because everyone around here already knows who we are. We are just neighbors helping each other out so we don't get a bad deal. It is practical work and it keeps us busy from sunrise until it gets dark. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the fields green and the families fed. It is a lot of effort, but doing it together makes it more manageable for everyone involved.
