Sanvardhansrushti Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our company is located at Plot Number 11 on Anand Rushi Marg in Bansilal Nagar. This is right in Malkapur, part of the Buldhana district. We are a group of farmers who decided to come together as a producer company. It makes more sense to work as a team when you are dealing with crops and markets. Our office is a very basic place. We have some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of registers for our members. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find polished floors or fancy air conditioning. We spend our time discussing which seeds to buy or how to handle the latest pest problem. Being in Malkapur means we are surrounded by people who understand the soil. We don’t use any of those big corporate words because they don’t fit what we do. We just want to make sure the work we do in the fields actually pays off. Sometimes we meet late at night after everyone is done with their own farm work. It’s a bit of a struggle to keep everything organized with so many different farmers involved, but we are learning as we go. We’ve had some good years and some bad ones, but that’s just the way it goes with farming. We focus on the practical side of getting produce from the ground to the customer. It is a local effort by local people who just want to make a living.
