Purvbhadra Agro Farmer Producer Companylimited is located in Sawargaondukre. We are at C/O Shri Rystum Namdeo, building DL/60. This is in the Buldhana district. We are a bunch of farmers from this local area who wanted to try something a bit different. Farming can be lonely and very tough when you do it all by yourself. So we formed this company to help each other out with the supplies and the selling process. We don't have a professional office staff or anyone like that. It’s just us taking turns to handle the books and the phone. Buldhana is a nice place, but the soil around here needs a lot of care. We spend most of our time discussing what fertilizers to use or how the local market is looking today. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just want to grow good food and make enough money to keep going next year. The office is just a room at Rystum’s place. It gets very busy during harvest time. We have a lot of laughs and a lot of long, tiring days. Sometimes we make mistakes with the paperwork because we are farmers, not city clerks. But we fix it and keep moving forward. That’s just how it goes here in Sawargaondukre. We are honest people doing hard work. Nothing more to say really. We just keep going.
