We are a small group here at Palasiddha Seeds. Being in a place like Buldana, you get to know everyone fairly quickly. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the seeds. It’s a one-person company setup technically, but there are always friends and family around helping out with the heavy lifting. The day starts early here. We check on the storage and see what needs to be moved out. It's a very hands-on job. We don't sit behind desks all day. Most of the time we are out in the back or talking to people who stop by the office. It's a very simple operation. We like it that way. No corporate meetings or long presentations. We just decide what needs doing and we do it. The local area of Deulgaon Mahi is where we grew up, so it makes sense to work here. We know the soil and the weather. That helps when you are dealing with seeds. We don't claim to be the best, we just work hard every day. The office is a bit small, but it’s enough for what we need right now. We keep our records in order and try to stay ahead of the season. It’s just us doing our daily work.
