Navspruti Womens Farmar Producer Company Limited

We are the Navspruti Womens Farmar Producer Company Limited, located in Jijamata Nagar. We work out of Shri S V Pawar’s place. Our group is a bit different because we are focused on the women farmers in our area. Farming has always been a family job, but the women do so much of the heavy lifting that often goes unnoticed. We decided it was time we had our own organized group to handle the business side of our work. We aren't fancy or corporate. Most of our meetings happen while we're juggling chores or looking after the kids. It’s a busy life here in Jijamata Nagar. We are learning how to handle the books and negotiate for better prices for our produce. It’s a lot of work to manage the fields and the company at the same time, but we are getting the hang of it. We don't have any big marketing budgets. We just rely on our hard work and the quality of what we grow. Our office is just a practical space where we can gather and make decisions together. We want to show that we can run a successful operation and help our families at the same time. It’s about being independent and making sure our voices are heard in the market. It’s not always easy, and some days are purely exhausting, but we keep showing up for each other every single day.
