Lycostar Agro (Opc) Private Limited is located out in Pangri, which is part of the Deulgaonraja area. We are based at Home No 293 in Ward No 2, right near Singaon. It is a quiet place to run a business, mostly surrounded by fields and local houses. We focus on agro work, which keeps us pretty busy through the different seasons. It is not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular building where we handle our paperwork and talk to the local farmers who need help with their crops. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, and we spend half the morning cleaning up. We do not have a big team, just a few of us making sure things move along. The internet can be a bit patchy out here, so we do a lot of things the old-fashioned way with notebooks and phone calls. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us well. It is a simple life, and the work is straightforward. We deal with what comes our way and try to be useful to the people in the village. It is mostly about getting the supplies where they need to go and making sure the orders are right. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It is just a farming business done by people who live here.
