Krumko Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Motala in Buldhana. You can find us at Vijay P Bhandari's place, at house number 727. This isn't some high-rise office building; it’s a local spot where we get together to figure out the farming business. We are a group of farmers who decided that we would be better off working as a unit. Motala is a good place for farming, but it has its difficulties like anywhere else. We spend a lot of our time discussing the best ways to handle our crops and how to make sure we aren't getting a bad deal at the markets. We don't have a lot of time for marketing speak or trying to look more important than we are. We are just regular people who know a lot about the land in Buldhana. The company is our way of making sure we have some security. If one of us has a bad year, the others are there to help out. We handle everything from the paperwork to the physical labor ourselves. It's a bit messy sometimes, and we are still learning the ropes of running a formal company, but we are making progress.
