Kherdi Farmer Producer Company Limited

Kherdi is our village, and that’s where we do everything. We are located at Namdeo Deorao Ingle’s place. The post office is in Dongarkhandala, and we are in the Buldhana district. It’s a rural area, and our company reflects that. We are a producer company made up of people who actually work the land. Namdeo Ingle helps keep things organized from his home. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a house where we handle the business of the company. We spend a lot of time talking to the farmers in Kherdi and the surrounding areas. The work is mostly about figuring out the best way to sell what we grow. Buldhana can be a tough place for farming sometimes, but we manage. We don't have a lot of fancy technology. Most of our records are kept in books and on a few simple devices. It’s a very hands-on way to run a company. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the produce gets moved. If you need to find us, you just ask for the Ingle residence in Kherdi. Everyone knows everyone else around here. We are just a group of neighbors trying to make the farmer producer model work for our little corner of the world. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time without any fuss.
