We’ve got our setup at the Urban Credit Society over in Chikhli. It’s a convenient spot for us to meet. Buldhana is home, and we’ve been working these fields for a long time. This company was put together so we could handle our farming business a bit better. We aren't professional writers or marketing people, just folks who know how to grow things. Usually, you’ll find us talking about the latest market rates or how the monsoons are looking. Chikhli is a busy enough place, and being near the credit society helps keep us grounded. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big sign. Most of what we do happens outside anyway. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. If there’s a problem with a harvest, we sit down and talk it through. It’s a lot of work keeping the records in order, especially when you’d rather be out in the sun. But we know it’s important for the future. People here know us by name, and we like it that way. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We just want to make sure the farmers in our part of Buldhana can keep doing what they do. Some days are longer than others, and the coffee isn't always great, but we get the job done. It’s a practical way to manage our lives and our work together.
