Mhavir Saloon

Mhavir Saloon is just a small place located at Plot No-9 on VIP Road in Acharya Vihar. If you know the area near Anand Bazar in Bhubaneshwar, you have probably passed by us many times. We have been here for a while now, just doing what we do every day. The shop opens up in the morning and we spend some time cleaning the mirrors and getting the chairs ready. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for the people who live around here. Sometimes it gets quite busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work and wants a quick trim or a shave. We see a lot of the same faces every week. The fans hum along while we work, and we usually have the radio on or just talk to the people sitting in the chairs. Outside, the traffic on VIP Road is always moving. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the scissors and the razors. It gets hot in the summer, but we try to keep things comfortable. We focus on the basic stuff that people need, nothing too complicated. If you are walking down from Acharya Vihar, you’ll see our sign. We just try to keep the place tidy and make sure everyone who leaves looks a bit better than when they walked in. It is a simple life running a shop like this in Bhubaneshwar.
