Maa Bhubasini Catering Services

Maa Bhubasini Catering Services has been around Samantarapur for quite some time. It is mostly a small family effort where we focus on getting the food ready for local weddings and gatherings. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen over here in Bhubaneshwar, especially in the early mornings. Our workspace is located right in the 751002 area. It isn't a fancy setup, just a place with big stoves and plenty of room to chop vegetables. We started out just helping our neighbors with their small events, and it slowly turned into a real business. Some days are very long, starting at 4 AM to make sure the rice and dal are fresh. We don't have a big marketing plan or a polished office. Most people just find us by walking through Samantarapur and smelling the spices. The Bhubaneshwar heat can be tough when you’re standing over a stove all day, but we are used to it by now. We use the recipes that have been in our families for years. We load up the van, drive to the venue, and set everything up on the tables. It is practical work and it keeps us busy. We aren't trying to be some massive company. We just want to make sure the food tastes right and there’s enough for everyone at the party. That’s how we’ve always done things here.
