Bs Caterer is located at 493 Sarathi Market Complex on Sahidnagar Road in Bomikhal. We are right in Bhubaneshwar, specifically near the Bomikhal railway crossing. If you’ve ever waited for a train there, you’ve probably passed by our place. We’ve been cooking and preparing food here for quite a while now. The kitchen is the heart of our business, and it’s usually very hot and busy with people chopping vegetables or stirring big pots. It’s not a fancy restaurant with waiters in ties; it’s a practical catering setup designed to handle large orders. We spend a lot of time sourcing ingredients from the local markets in Sahidnagar to make sure everything is fresh. The smell of spices is always hanging around the complex, which our neighbors have probably gotten used to by now. We are a small team, mostly people from the local area who know their way around a kitchen. We don't do much advertising because we’re usually busy enough just from people telling their friends about us. Whether it’s a wedding or a small family gathering, we just focus on getting the food ready on time. Being near the railway crossing means there is always noise and movement, but we like the energy of it. We just provide food for events and try to keep things running smoothly without any unnecessary fuss or complicated menus. We always make sure there is a hot cup of tea ready for whoever stops by the kitchen door.
