Surakasha Mobile Store

Our shop, Surakasha Mobile Store, is another one of those spots on Pur Road. There are a few mobile shops around here, but we’ve got our own group of regulars. It’s a simple room with white walls and some posters that have been there for years. We handle a lot of the usual stuff—mostly repairs and selling accessories like those extra-long charging cables everyone seems to need. My brother and I take turns behind the counter. One of us is usually out getting parts while the other stays to talk to customers. It’s not a quiet job. The traffic outside is constant, and there’s always music playing from a shop nearby. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just know we are here on the main road. If a phone falls in water, they bring it to us and we see what we can do. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. We’re honest about it. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because people bring in a lot of mud when it rains. We have a small bench for people to sit on while they wait, but most people just stand and watch us work. It’s a small life, but we like being our own bosses. We stay open until late because that’s when most people have time to come by after their own jobs are done. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
