Royal Mobile Shoppe

The shop is located on Gandhi Nagar Pur Road, which is a pretty long stretch where cars and bikes are always moving fast. Royal Mobile Shoppe is tucked in between a few other small stores. It is a simple place with some glass counters for the phones and a small bench for people to sit while they wait for their recharge or a screen fix. During the rainy season, the road outside gets a bit muddy, and we have to keep cleaning the floor inside because people bring the dirt in on their shoes. We have some older chairs that have been here since we opened. The lighting is okay, but it gets a bit dark in the corners where we keep the spare parts and boxes. Most of the people who come here live in Gandhi Nagar, so we know many of them by their faces or names. It is not a very fancy place, just a regular shop where we do our work every day from morning until late evening. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit by the door to get some light and air. We keep a small radio playing in the back just to have some background noise while we look at small circuit boards. It is mostly quiet inside except for the sound of traffic from Pur Road. We just keep things moving and help whoever walks through the door in the middle of their day.
