Our shop is tucked away in the Bhilwara Textile Market area, specifically on Sham Ki Subzi Mandi Road near Gurjar Mohalla. It’s a very crowded part of town. You can hear the vegetable sellers shouting all morning and the sound of motorcycles everywhere. We handle mostly phone stuff. People come in for recharges or because they cracked their screen again. It’s a tiny space but we make it work. I spend a lot of time looking at small screens under a magnifying glass. The light isn't the best, but we manage. My brother helps me when the market gets really packed on weekends. We see a lot of people from the textile mills nearby. They stop by after their shifts to get data packs or just to look at the new models we have in the glass case. It’s loud out there on the street, especially when the vegetable market is in full swing. Sometimes it's hard to hear the customers over the noise. We keep a cooler in the corner during the summer because it gets stuffy with all the machines running. We’ve lived in this neighborhood forever, so we know most of the families around Gurjar Mohalla. It’s more like a community spot than just a business. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We have a small plastic chair for customers to sit on while they wait. Usually, they just stand and talk about the weather or the price of onions. It’s a noisy, lively place to be every day.
