We opened up in Bapu Nagar because everyone has a phone these days and they are always breaking. It is a small shop, mostly filled with glass cases for covers and chargers that people lose all the time. Most of our time is spent hunched over a tiny desk with a magnifying glass, trying to fix a cracked screen or a charging port that’s full of lint. It’s tedious work and your eyes get tired after a few hours of looking at those small screws. We see a lot of people coming in frustrated because they dropped their phone on the pavement or it fell in water. We can’t fix everything, but we tell people straight if it’s worth the money or if they should just buy a new one. Bapu Nagar is a busy area, so there is always someone popping in to ask a quick question or get a screen protector put on. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes the shop gets crowded and people have to wait on the sidewalk, but that’s just how it goes. We try to keep things simple and not use too many technical words that nobody understands anyway. It’s just a neighborhood spot for when your tech starts acting up and you need someone to take a look at it without making it complicated.
