Sneh Mobile Care

Nagori Garden is a nice enough area to have a shop. Sneh Mobile Care is located right there, and most people around know where we are. I focus a lot on the repair side of things. It’s delicate work, looking at small circuits and tiny screws all day. My eyes get a bit tired by the evening. The workbench is always covered in tools—tweezers, soldering irons, and bits of wire. I try to keep it neat but it’s hard when you’re in the middle of a difficult job. The shop isn't very large, so if three people come in at once, it starts to feel crowded. I usually have some music playing quietly in the background to help me concentrate. People bring in phones that they’ve dropped or that just won’t turn on. I give them a straight answer about whether it can be fixed or if it’s time for a new one. I don't like to overcomplicate things with technical talk. Nagori Garden has changed a bit over the years, but the people stay the same. They want their phones back fast because nobody can live without them these days. I do my best to get things done by the time I promised. It’s just me and my tools, trying to make things work again. We’ve been at this Nagori Garden spot for a while and we know the neighborhood well.
