Rokda Mobile

Rokda Mobile is located out in Transport Nagar. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly about the big trucks and the warehouses. It’s a dusty, loud place to work, but it suits us just fine. Our shop is right in the middle of all that heavy machinery. We focus on what the drivers and the mechanics need. Their phones take a lot of rough use, so we see many shattered screens and buttons that have stopped clicking. It’s not a place where you’ll find fancy carpets or soft lighting. It’s a practical workspace with a counter and some sturdy stools. The heat in Transport Nagar can be quite something during the summer, so we have a couple of fans going all day. I’ve known most of my customers for a long time. They’re hard-working people who just want their phones to work so they can call home while they’re on the road. We keep a good stock of chargers and batteries because those are always in demand here. The name Rokda Mobile is something we’ve had since the start. It’s a straightforward business. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big signs. We just open the door every morning and see what the day brings. It’s a gritty part of town, but it’s where we belong. It’s honest work for honest people and that is enough for us.
