Maruti Electronics

Maruti Electronics is located in the Pech Area, which is known for being a major hub of activity in this town. Our shop is where you will find all sorts of electrical components and home appliances. The shelves are heavy with boxes of ceiling fans, electric irons, and various spare parts that people need for their own repairs. It is a bit of a maze inside because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for whenever someone needs it. The Pech Area can be quite noisy and the roads are often crowded with rickshaws and delivery carts. Inside the shop, it is a bit cooler than the street, but we still feel the heat of the afternoon sun. We spend a lot of our time testing equipment to make sure it works perfectly before someone takes it home. There is usually a soldering iron heating up somewhere in the back for small fix-it jobs that come our way. We don’t have a polished or empty showroom; we prefer to have the items right there where people can see them and touch them. The floor is made of concrete and has a few cracks from moving heavy boxes around over the years. We talk to a lot of local electricians who come in looking for specific wires or switches for their projects. It is a straightforward business. We open early and stay until the sun goes down.
