Mobile Concept

Mobile Concept is over at Siddhi Plaza on Pur Road, specifically in units 21 and 22. Having a couple of units gives us a bit more room than some of the smaller stalls around, but it’s still a very local, hands-on kind of place. We’ve got a lot of different mobile phones on display, mostly the stuff people are looking for these days. We also handle a fair amount of service work. If a phone is acting up or the software is glitching, people bring it to us. Siddhi Plaza is a known spot, so it’s easy for people to find us when they’re out doing their other shopping on Pur Road. It’s not a high-end boutique; it’s just a functional shop where we help you figure out what’s wrong with your device. We try to keep a good stock of accessories too, like power banks and various cables. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people want help at once, but we just take it one person at a time. We aren’t experts in everything, but we know our way around a mobile phone pretty well. We’ve been in this plaza for a bit now and it feels like home. It’s just us working hard to keep people connected without any fuss. The hallway in the plaza can get a bit stuffy in the summer, but we have our fans going. We're just here every day, opening up and seeing who needs a hand with their technology.
