If you are walking down Pur Road near the first section of Bapu Nagar you will see our small shop right there. It is a busy road and the noise of the bikes and cars is always in the background while we work. We mainly handle mobile connections and recharges for people who live around here or are just passing through. The counter is usually covered with different SIM card packs and little slips of paper where people have scribbled down their phone numbers. It gets pretty hot in the afternoon when the sun hits the front of the shop so we keep the water bottle close by. People come in all day long asking why their internet is slow or how to get a new data plan. We try to explain things simply because not everyone is good with technology. It is a small space so we have to keep everything organized or we would never find anything. Sometimes the printer jams when we are trying to copy someone's ID card and we have to give it a little tap to get it going again. There is no big sign or anything too flashy, just a place to get your phone stuff sorted out so you can get back to your day. We see a lot of the same faces every month when it is time to pay the bills and top up their minutes.
