Fiza Mobile Care

If you walk down the Pech Area near Hotel Surya Mahal, you’ll find us tucked away. Fiza Mobile Care is a small shop, and most of the time, the counter is covered in tiny screws and pieces of phone screens. It’s a bit messy, but that’s what happens when you’re constantly taking things apart. People bring in phones that have been dropped in water or have screens cracked in a hundred places. Sometimes we can fix them quickly, and other times we have to wait for a part to come in. The light in here isn't the brightest, so we use these little desk lamps to see the tiny circuits. It gets noisy outside with the traffic near the hotel, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been working on phones for a few years now. It started with just helping out friends, and then it turned into this shop. We don’t have a big sign or anything fancy. Most people just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We usually have some tea sitting on the side, getting cold because we got busy with a repair. It’s not a big corporate center, just a spot where we try to get your phone working again so you can get back to your day. Sometimes the repairs are tricky and take longer than we thought. We just do the work and hope for the best.
