Ambika Electronics

Ambika Electronics is right in the middle of Gandhi Bazar in Jawahar Nagar. If you know the area, you know how packed the market gets, especially on the weekends. We have been here a long time, selling all sorts of things like fans, small kitchen items, and sometimes bigger stuff if we have the room in the back. The shop is usually full of boxes because Gandhi Bazar is a tight space and storage is always a bit of a puzzle to solve. We deal with a lot of local families who have been shopping with us for years. It is not like those big air-conditioned malls; it’s a real market shop where things are piled up and we know our customers by their faces. Sometimes the power goes out in Jawahar Nagar and we just sit outside on the stools until it comes back on. It is just how things go here. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People just walk in when they need a new iron or if their mixer grinder stops working. We do our best to help them find something that fits their budget. It’s a noisy, busy place to work, but I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. There is always something happening on the street outside. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next person to walk in with a question about a fan.
