Living here in Bhandara, we know how the soil behaves and what the tribal community needs to keep things moving. We aren't fancy people. Our meetings usually happen on the porch or in a small room at Arvind’s place. We talk about the crops, the rain, and how to get a fair price for what we grow. It’s tough sometimes, especially when the weather doesn't play along. But being together makes it a bit easier to manage. We focus on what’s real, like seeds and tools and getting things to the market. There’s no shiny logo or big speeches here. We just want to make sure our families have what they need from the land. Ravanwadi is a small place, and everybody knows everybody else. We use that to our advantage because we trust each other. If someone has a bad harvest, we try to help. It’s just how things are done in our part of the world. We don't spend money on stuff we don't need. Every bit goes back into the farming work. It’s a simple life, but it’s our life.
