Randavani Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of House No. 99 in Dhanora. That’s in the Ambajogai area of Beed. We’re just a bunch of local farmers who realized that working alone wasn't getting us anywhere. The ground here in Maharashtra can be tough, and the sun is even tougher sometimes. We started this company to see if we could pool our resources and maybe get things like fertilizer or tools for a bit less. Most of our meetings happen right here at the house. There’s always someone coming or going, usually with dirt on their boots and a lot on their mind. We don't have any professional writers to do this for us, so this is just us talking. It’s not a fancy operation. We deal with the same problems every farmer does—low prices, pests, and waiting for the rain. By joining up, we feel a bit less alone in it all. We try to help each other with advice on what to plant or how to fix a broken pump. It’s a lot of work to keep the records straight and follow all the rules, but it’s better than the alternative.
