Wainganga Farmer Producer Companylimited

We’ve been working out of House Number 233 in Indira Ward for a while now. It’s actually Purushottam Harichandra Mathurkar’s place here in Borgaon. If you know the Pauni area in Bhandara, you probably know how things go around here with the farming and the seasons. We started Wainganga Farmer Producer Companylimited because a group of us who grew up around these fields wanted to do something together. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that. Mostly, we just sit around, talk about the crops, and figure out how to handle the markets. Sometimes the rains are good and sometimes they aren't, which is just how life is in this part of Bhandara. My cousins and a few neighbors are involved too. We spend a lot of time just coordinating things from the house. It gets busy during harvest, and there’s always paperwork that needs doing, even if none of us really likes the office side of things. We try to keep it simple. It's really about the land and the people we've known our whole lives in this village. You can usually find someone at the house if you drop by, though we might be out in the fields if the weather is right for it. We don't have a big staff, just us locals trying to make things work a bit better for everyone involved. It’s basic work, but it keeps us busy every single day.
