Prashik Gram Vikas Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our office is located at Shri Yadav Pandurang’s place in Korchi. It's a small town in Gadchiroli, and things move a bit slower here compared to the big cities. Prashik Gram Vikas was started by a bunch of us farmers who wanted to do something together instead of struggling alone. We are out in the 441209 area. It’s pretty remote, so we have to rely on each other a lot for everything. The building isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we meet and talk about the crops. Mostly, we deal with the challenges of farming in this part of Maharashtra. It’s hard work, and the weather doesn't always help us out when we need it to. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the locals, trying to figure out how to get our produce to the right places for a fair price. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table at the Khobragade address, planning for the next season. There’s always something to fix or someone to talk to about the condition of the land. We’ve been here for a while now, and everyone in Korchi knows where to find us. It’s a quiet life, but we stay busy with the farm work. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just part of running a producer company. We want to make sure the work we do in the fields counts for something. It's a community effort for everyone involved.
