We focus on agricultural development around the Mohadi Taluka area. It sounds like a big name on paper, but it is really just a group of local people trying to improve how we handle our crops. Bhandara is known for its soil and we want to make the most of what we have. We deal with the everyday struggles of being a producer in a small town. Some days we are worried about the bugs, other days we are just looking at the sky for rain. It’s a community effort more than anything else. We aren't some big city firm with shiny shoes. We are just neighbors working together in Satona. When the harvest comes, everyone is tired but we feel good about the work. We handle the collection and see where the goods need to go. It’s a lot of coordinating on our cell phones and sitting around on old wooden chairs talking about the market prices. We don't have a glossy brochure or a website to show off. What you see when you visit is exactly what you get. We try to help the smaller farmers get a slightly better deal for their hard work. It takes a lot of patience to deal with it all.
