Adyal Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are located in Adyal, which is part of the Paoni region. Our company is basically run out of Dinesh Kishan Raut’s house. We are a farmer producer company, so it’s just a group of us from the local area working together. We don't have a big fancy building or any corporate stuff. We usually just sit around at Dinesh’s place and talk about the crops. Paoni is a quiet area, and most of us have been farming here for as long as we can remember. We started this company to help each other out with selling our produce and buying what we need for the fields. It’s a very simple setup. We don't have any marketing plans or big slogans. We just want to make sure we can keep farming and make a little bit of money. Most of our time is spent out in the dirt, not in an office. We handle the rice or whatever else we are growing depending on the time of year. Everyone in the village knows who we are. It’s a community thing more than a big business. We share the work and the problems that come with it. It’s honest and it’s hard, but it’s what we do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next harvest. That is all there is to it. When the season is busy, you might not find anyone at the house because we are all out working.
