We run this indoor sports place right here in Bangalore City. It’s basically a big warehouse where we’ve set up courts for different games. It’s not the most glamorous building from the outside, but it does what it’s supposed to do. We spend a lot of time fixing the nets and making sure the turf isn't coming up at the edges. On weekends, the place is absolutely packed with people playing football or cricket. It gets really sweaty and loud, but that’s just how an arena is supposed to feel. We don't really have a big office or anything; we’re usually out on the floor managing the bookings or handing out bibs. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit, or a ball gets stuck in the rafters, but we eventually sort it out. We started this because we wanted a place to play even when the weather was bad outside. It’s a simple setup for folks who just want to run around for an hour after work. We aren't professional trainers; we’re just the people who keep the doors open and the whistles blowing. It’s a lot of work to keep the schedule straight, but seeing everyone have a good game makes it worth the effort. We have some benches for people to sit on while they wait for their turn, though they're nothing special. Mostly, it’s just about having space to move around and enjoy the game.
