Our place is out at Bidadi, around the 28th KM on Mysore Road. It’s a big area with a lot of rides and pools. Running a place like this is a lot of work every single day. We have to check the machines constantly and make sure the water in the pools is right. It’s not just fun and games for us; it’s a lot of maintenance and cleaning up after thousands of people. The sun gets really strong out here on the highway, so we spend a lot of time outside. I started working here a few years ago and it’s always a rush. The commute from the city is long, so most of us get here early on the staff bus. We don't have a corporate office vibe even though it's a big company. It's more about being on the ground and fixing things. Sometimes a ride needs a part or a pool needs a filter cleaned, and we just get to it. The food stalls also take a lot of effort to keep stocked. It gets very loud with all the music and people screaming on the rides. By the end of the day, we’re all pretty tired. But then we do it all over again the next morning. It’s a huge operation but we just try to take it one task at a time. It's just a big park on the side of the road.
