Venkateshwara Theatre

We've been at Dhanishtha No.23/6 for a while now. Venkateshwara Theatre is just a regular spot on Sunkadakatte V N Purav Road. People come by when they want to see a movie, and we try to keep things running. It’s not a fancy place, but it works fine for us. The building is right there on the road, easy to find if you know the area. We have shows throughout the day. Sometimes it gets really busy, especially on weekends when a big new film comes out. The seats are okay, and we keep the place as tidy as we can. It’s a local theater, nothing more. We see a lot of the same faces from around the neighborhood. It’s part of the routine here. You walk in, get your ticket, and sit down. We don't have all those high-end mall features, just the screen and the sound system. The projector stays busy most of the time. If you’re around Sunkadakatte, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times already. We don’t do much advertising, word of mouth is usually how people find out what’s playing. It’s a simple setup. We deal with the usual stuff, like fixing chairs or cleaning up popcorn after a show ends. It keeps us occupied. Living and working on V N Purav Road has its ups and downs with the traffic, but we are used to it. That's just how it is here. We just keep the doors open and show the movies.
