Vardhan Group

Vardhan Group is based at 114, 6th Cross in Indira Nagar. It is a relatively quiet street, which is nice because the main roads around here can get very loud. Our building is an old residential house that we converted into an office space. It has a lot of character, though the plumbing is a bit temperamental sometimes. We have kept most of the original layout, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. There are about six of us who work here regularly. We do not have big meetings in boardrooms. Usually, we just sit around the kitchen table and talk about what needs to happen next. There is a big mango tree in the yard that gives us some shade, and we often take our breaks out there. We handle all our own paperwork and phone calls. It is a very direct way of working. We do not have any layers of management or fancy titles. Everyone just knows what their job is and they get on with it. Indira Nagar has changed a lot since we first moved in, with new cafes and shops opening every week, but our little corner on 6th Cross stays pretty much the same. We like the stability of it. We are not looking to expand into a massive firm. We just want to keep doing what we do from this house and maintain the relationships we have built over the years.
