Srinidhi Upahar

Srinidhi Upahar is located at Bommasandra Trish Menon, Kausar Bagh, Off Nibm Road 145/A. It is a local place where we serve breakfast and lunch. We get started very early in the morning, around five, to get the stoves hot. We make a lot of traditional dishes that people in this area like. The shop at 145/A isn't very large. We have some metal tables and stools that are bolted to the floor. It makes it easier to clean under them. We spend a lot of time grinding spices and making fresh batter. The sound of the grinder is the first thing you hear in the morning. We don't have any fancy signs, just the name written on the wall. The neighborhood of Kausar Bagh is pretty quiet at night but gets busy during the day. We have a lot of regulars who don't even need to look at the board to order. We know their faces and their usual spots. Sometimes the water pressure is low and we have to use buckets to wash the dishes. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who have been with us for a long time. We don't do any delivery or online orders. If you want our food, you have to come down to Nibm Road. We take pride in keeping the place open every day. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy.
