Anand Sweets And Savouries

We’ve been running this shop in Jayanagar IV Block for a while now. The address is 627/23 on 10th 'D' Main Road, right near the 30th Cross. Jayanagar is a nice area, but it has definitely gotten a lot more crowded since we first started out. We spend most of our mornings preparing the different snacks and sweets that we keep in the glass cases. It’s a lot of manual work, rolling things out and watching the fryers. My family helps out a lot, especially during the festival seasons when things get really hectic and we barely have time to sit down. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule; we just open when we’re ready and stay until the stock runs low. The street outside is usually full of parked cars and people walking their dogs. We get a lot of regulars who stop by on their way home from work to pick up something for tea. The shop isn't very big, so it can get a bit cramped when more than four people are inside at once. We don't use any fancy packaging, just the standard boxes and bags. People seem to appreciate that we don't try too hard to be something we’re not. It’s just a local shop where you can find something to snack on. We focus on the work and let the snacks speak for themselves.
