Maple Lite

Our place, Maple Lite, is tucked away in Sudham Nagar, right near the Honda showroom on Kamrej road at 20/1. It’s a bit of a specific spot, but once you find the showroom, we’re right there. We deal with lights and electrical things for houses and offices. It isn't a massive operation, just a shop where we keep a lot of different bulbs and fixtures in the back room. People come in looking for something specific for their kitchen or maybe a brighter light for their workspace at home. We spend a lot of time unpacking boxes and making sure the displays aren't gathering too much dust. It gets a bit messy sometimes when a big shipment comes in from the suppliers. Sudham Nagar has a lot of traffic, especially with the car showroom next door, so we see a mix of people. Some are just browsing while they wait for their bikes to get serviced, and others come in with a broken lamp needing a replacement part. We don't do much fancy advertising; people just seem to find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign while they're out on the main road. We try to be helpful without hovering over customers while they look around at the various designs. It's a straightforward business. We keep track of what’s in stock and try to order what people ask for. Sometimes we run out of certain items, but that's just how it goes in a small shop like this.
