Definer Vending

We are located on the first floor of the Shankaranthi Complex in Bsk 2nd Stage. Our spot is No. 4, right on the 27th Cross in the middle of a busy area. We focus on vending machines, which means our office is usually full of spare parts, coin mechanisms, and different types of mixers. It is a bit of a crowded space, but we know where everything is. Mostly, our work involves making sure these machines actually do what they are supposed to do. If a machine stops working in an office somewhere, we are the ones who have to go out and fix it. We spend a lot of time on the road or cleaning out tubes and containers in the workshop. It’s a practical business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People usually find us when they need a reliable way to get coffee or snacks in their breakrooms. Sometimes we are testing a new machine and the whole office smells like powdered soup or cheap coffee for a few hours. It’s just a small team of us here. We handle the installations and the refills ourselves most of the time. It is a lot of lifting and driving, but it’s what we do. The complex can get quite busy on the weekends, but during the week it’s just us working through the list of service calls. We keep some basic tools in the back of the van and head out to the next job.
